🇵🇱 Jesteście mood readerami, czy wybieracie książki z bardziej logicznych powodów? 🤔📚 

Ja zdecydowanie jestem mood readerem i sięgałam po Pounded by Produce z myślą o świetnej zabawie i ogromnej dawce śmiechu 😂

Mniej więcej do połowy czytałam z tak wielkim bananem na twarzy, że aż rozbolały mnie policzki 😁 Potem historia robi się jednak zaskakująco poważna! Smut z pomidorem i ogórkiem 🍅🥒 zmienia się w romans pełen emocji i wewnętrznych rozterek – i wiecie co? Uwielbiam to!
Jestem naprawdę zaskoczona tym, że fabuła nabrała trochę głębi, ale jednocześnie bardzo się z tego cieszę. Zabawy z warzywami szybko mogłyby stać się powtarzalne i nudne.

Sama historia jest totalnie odjechana 🤯: dwóch księży, kucharka i klątwa zamieniająca ludzi w warzywa, a jednocześnie niesamowicie wciągająca i – co ważne – dobrze napisana. Nie znalazłam żadnych błędów i serio nie mam się czego czepić, choć komentarze w stylu „Robert, idioto” towarzyszyły mi wyjątkowo często 🙈 

Dla mnie Pounded by Produce było buddy readem i miałam ogromną frajdę z komentowania rozdział po rozdziale. I wiecie co? Czasem naprawdę warto sięgnąć po coś totalnie szalonego, żeby się zresetować.
Tę książkę zdecydowanie polecam! 🙌

🇬🇧 Are you mood readers, or do you choose books for more logical reasons? 🤔📚 

I’m definitely a mood reader, and I picked up Pounded by Produce expecting a great time and lots of laughter 😂

Up until about halfway through, I was reading with such a huge grin on my face that my cheeks actually started to hurt 😁 Then the story takes a surprisingly serious turn! The silliness with a tomato and a cucumber 🍅🥒 turns into an emotional romance full of inner conflict – and you know what? I love it!

I was genuinely surprised that the story gained some depth, and I’m really happy about it. Activities involving vegetables could easily become repetitive and boring.

The plot itself is completely wild 🤯: two priests, a cook, and a curse that turns people into vegetables, yet at the same time it’s incredibly engaging and, most importantly, well written. I didn’t spot any errors and honestly have nothing to complain about, apart from my frequent thoughts of “Robert, you idiot” 🙈 

For me, Pounded by Produce was a buddy read, and I had an absolute blast commenting chapter by chapter. And you know what? Sometimes it’s really good to read something totally unhinged and just reset your brain.
I definitely recommend this book! 🙌
